I undertook a journey in search of healing plants, connecting ancient healing wisdom with contemporary digital art techniques and colors. These two specimens will share and support the healing power at the new UHS Women and Children’s Hospital in San Antonio, TX. 

My digital process on sublimated aluminum is a unique technique that produces artwork that’s not only stunningly beautiful but also incredibly durable, making it ideal for public spaces. The resulting pieces require virtually no maintenance and are resistant to wear and tear. The gentle metallic sheen of the aluminum substrate adds a touch of warmth and elegance to the overall aesthetic. Installing the artwork is easy and doesn’t require framing.
